プラセボ群ではアセチルコリン濃度10-6mol/Lにおいて－0.1%，10-4mol/Lにおいて－0.8%の冠動脈径の改善であったのに対し，quinapril群では10-6mol/Lで4.5%，10-4mol/Lで12.1%と，冠動脈内皮機能の有意な改善がみられた（p＝0.002）。 |
